4) Rules are important. What are the most important rules at your school and why are they important?
Mark Twain, the great writer once said, “It is good to obey all the rules and follow it”. Rules are one of the most important in our life, without rules there would be many confusions between human. To solve the confusion, human invented something called rules which solve most of the disagreement and dangerous thing that people usually do. However, try to imagine place like school without any rules; students are most properly run away to Bazaar, do not care about their academics or spoil school property. Nevertheless, the most important rules at Woodstock are that students are not allow to chewing gum in classroom and speaks in their own language.
One of the most important rules at Woodstock school is that students are not allowed to chew gum at school level. At Woodstock school, we believe that gum is the nastiest habit in the world. By chewing gum, it can cause the learning process slow down and distracting other students while studying. After finish chewing gum, students tend to stick it under tables, chairs or books. Sometimes, school might have to replace new furniture and books because of the chewing gums. Staff members at Woodstock school always respond to the people who chew gum that is they are disturbing the class. In order to solve the problems, teachers usually give demerit or Saturday morning detention.
Since Woodstock is an international school and there are more than 10 nationalities, students are not allowed to speak in their own language. By speaking in different languages, it can cause people to have bad habits. Moreover, it can cause a big confusion between human. Other person might think that, you are saying something bad about them. In order to stop people speaking in their own language, staff members give demerit or Saturday morning detention.
In the resolution, I believe that rules are important, it cause people not to get in to fight and misunderstanding. The most important rules at Woodstock are that students are not allowing to chewing gum in classroom and speak in their own language.
